RESERVATION

Reservations shall be confirmed for a group of car but not for specific vehicle. However we will do our best to reserve the car you prefer.

 

RENTAL PERIOD

Minimal rental period is 24 hours (one day). Renting a car or a minivan with a chauffeur the minimum rental should be not less than 1 hour. If the time of returning car exceeds by more than 1 hour, payment shall be emposed for one additional day.

 

PRICES

Stated rental prices are for trips within Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia). For trips outside Baltic States prices may change. Rental price includes unlimited mileage, personal liability insurance, collision damage waiver, theft insurance, 24/7 road assistance and agreement fee. VAT is included in the rental price. UAB "Autobanga" reserves a right to make rental price changes for unconfirmed reservations without futher notice.

 

PAYMENTS

Rental fees are collected at the beginning of rental period. Cash, bank transfers and the following major credit/debit cards are accepted: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. All cash rentals will require a deposit of 1000-2000 LTL - depending on the car type (or equivalent in foreign currency).

 

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

The primary renter of the vehicle must be 20 years of age. At least one year driving experience and a valid driving license are required. An experienced chauffeur can be provided for an additional fee.

 

ID

Passport or photo ID and driving license are required to rent a car.

 

INSURANCE

All our vehicles are fully insured. Insurance cover CDW (collision damage waiver), TI (theft insurance), TPL (third party liability) valid in all Europe . Renter’s limited responsibility in case of theft or accident - up to 1000 or 2000 LTL. Basic insurance costs are included in car rental prices.

 

ADDITIONAL INSURANCE

Renter can minimize his/her responsibility in case of theft or accident to 0 LTL. This costs additional 25 to 110 LTL per day - depending on the car type and rental period.

 

CAR DELIVERY / RETURN

No delivery / return fee is charged if the car is taken or returned in our central office in Vilnius. For additional fee we can arrange car delivery and / or return to and from any Lithuanian city at any time of the day. 40 lt. airport fee is charged if the car is taken from our offices in Vilnius or Kaunas Airports.

 

EARLY CAR RETURN

If the car is returned earlier than agreed, no refund will be issued. The credit can be used for the next rental within 12 months.

 

REPLACEMENT CAR

Replacement car is provided free of charge upon the request.

 

EQUIPMENT

All our cars are equipped with CD radios, AC, central locking and remote control systems, alarm and immobilizer system against theft.

 

REFUELLING CHARGE

All our cars are  rented out with a full tank of fuel. An extra refuelling fee (50 Lt.) will be applied for returning a car with tank not completely full.

 

ROAD MAPS

Maps and tourist information guides are provided at no additional cost.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

UAB "Autobanga" reserves a right to cancel existing reservation through unforseen circumstances. Cancelation notice will be sent via email or client will be notified by phone.
